How often should we fly an active construction site?+
Most projects run biweekly or monthly. Fast-moving phases like grading, vertical framing, or paving often justify weekly flights. We'll recommend a cadence on the scope call and adjust as the job changes.
Can you fly near the Savannah airport, Hunter, or Fort Stewart?+
Often, yes. Much of the metro sits in controlled airspace, and we request the required FAA authorizations or coordinate with the installation before flight day. Some locations need extra lead time, so mention the address early.
What file formats do you deliver?+
Common deliverables include GeoTIFF orthomosaics, DWG/DXF linework and contours, LAS point clouds, SHP and KMZ files, high-resolution photo sets, and video. Tell us what software your team uses and we'll match it.
Is this a land survey?+
No. Our aerial data supports planning, documentation, and progress tracking, but it is not a licensed survey. When certified work is required, we coordinate with your licensed surveyor so the data can serve both purposes.
What happens when the weather doesn't cooperate?+
Coastal Georgia weather moves fast. We schedule morning flights when we can, watch wind and rain closely, and reschedule within an agreed window, so a stormy afternoon doesn't break your reporting cycle.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We carry active insurance and can send a certificate of insurance, naming your company as additional insured when required, before work begins.
